Elizabeth Ashley White is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health working with adults.


She specializes in working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, life stressors, trauma, and grief. Ashley received her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2003. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including inpatient, residential, intensive outpatient, and community mental health.


Meridiem Psychological Services

Ashlyn Meece is a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arkansas. She worked as an educator in the school setting for many years before changing her career path to counseling. 


Ashlyn received her Master of Counseling degree from John Brown University in 2024. She primarily works with those experiencing depression, anxiety, women’s issues, school-related problems, family and peer relationships, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. Ashlyn is beginning her training in EMDR this May!


Ashlyn enjoys working with preteens, teenagers, young adults, and adults. She can hold individual, couple, and family sessions in person or via Telehealth. She considers it an honor to walk alongside clients in their journeys toward healing and is currently accepting new clients.


Types of clients: Any client ages 12 and older (individuals, couples, families). 


Hours/Appointments at the clinic: Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.
